Since early 2020, these unprecedented times have presented challenges that none of us could have ever imagined. Staffing shortages, compassion fatigue, constantly changing regulations, sickness and tragedy have tested the very core of us all, both physically and mentally. For this reason, celebrating the 2020 Profiles in Care honorees, who are shining examples of resilience, takes on even more significance than ever before.
