William Jones
President and Chief Executive Officer

Bill Jones is President and CEO of Integritus Healthcare. He joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer in 1988, later serving as Executive Vice President and was named President in 2011 and CEO in 2022.  He is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the company, including its successful diversification into assisted living, hospice services and pharmacy services. Prior to joining the organization, Bill was an audit manager with Heffler & Company, a Certified Public Accounting firm located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where his responsibilities included leading audit engagements and consulting services for broad-based healthcare clientele.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaSalle University, granted in 1984 and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, granted in 1999.  He serves on a number of boards and is the past Chairman of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association, representing skilled nursing, assisted living, residential care and continuing care retirement communities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.


Tricia L. Bragdon
Vice President of Operations

Tricia Bragdon is Vice President of Operations and has been with Integritus Healthcare for 18 years. She joined the organization as the Vice President of Talent Management leading the development and implementation efforts of several recognition, recruitment, education, training, and leadership development programs.  Later, she moved to the role of Regional Director of Operations in 2011 and was responsible for facilitating the strategic initiatives for the respective affiliates in the West Region. In 2018, Tricia led Integritus Healthcare’s strategy in value based care driving holistic solutions aimed at reducing re-hospitalizations, improving quality outcomes and supporting affiliates in their efforts to meet evolving expectations of ACO and other payor partners.

Tricia’s current focus is implementation of the organization’s strategy across the all affiliates; including the development of operational leadership to maximize consistent business practices.  She is a licensed social worker, a licensed nursing home administrator, and has significant management experience as a nursing home surveyor, manager, and consultant.

Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Western New England College and a MSW from the State University of New York at Albany.


Gaurav Chawla, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer

Gaurav Chawla joined Integritus Healthcare as Chief Medical Officer in June, 2022. In this role, Dr. Chawla oversees quality and performance excellence in health care and housing across Integritus Healthcare. He leads organizational strategy focusing on driving innovation, implementing person centered clinical programs, enhancing primary care partnerships and advancing value-based care at Integritus Healthcare.

Prior to joining Integritus Healthcare, Dr. Chawla served as Chief Medical Officer in two different healthcare systems in the New England region. He has a track record of championing all aspects of quality of care through data driven integrated and coordinated care while advancing value-based models and provider wellbeing as a physician executive.

Dr. Chawla received his medical education at J. N. Medical College, Aligarh, U.P., India followed by Residency training at Medical College of Ohio (now known as University of Toledo College of medicine and life Sciences) and Fellowship at Tufts University respectively. He obtained his MBA though Isenberg Institute of Management, University of Massachusetts.



Jill Landis
Vice President of Quality Management

As Vice President of Quality Management, Jill Landis is responsible for quality operations in all post acute care services provided by Integritus Healthcare. She is a member of the Department of Health Informal Dispute Resolution Committee and, as a member of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association, she has been a featured speaker at healthcare conferences on quality management topics.  Prior to joining the organization in 2008, Jill was a regional nurse manager with Genesis Health Care where her responsibilities included the management of quality outcomes for nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania and is certified in Rehabilitation Nursing.


Doris Meier
Vice President of Information Technology

Doris Meier is the Vice President of Information Technology and has been with Integritus Healthcare since 2022. She is responsible for the oversight of multiple technologies supporting the organization in conjunction with leading the organization’s strategic initiatives to enhance and implement state of the art technology and interoperability.

Doris has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare clinical and technology sectors having last held the position of IT Director, Physician Practices with Berkshire Health Systems.

Doris holds an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting from Becker College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Management from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. She is a member of the Board of Director’s of Columbia County ARC.


Michael Quirk
Vice President of Housing Services

Michael Quirk joined Integritus Healthcare in 2022 as Vice President of Housing Services overseeing all operations for the senior housing division of the organization. Michael has nearly 14 years of oversight and experience throughout the continuum of senior care, including Assisted Living and Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Independent Living, Adult Day Health, and Private Duty Care businesses. His previous experience includes working at Overlook Communities in Charlton, Briarwood Continuing Care Retirement Community, as well as Salmon Health and Retirement on the Westborough and Northbridge Campuses.  In addition to serving as an Executive Director, Michael is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Nursing Assistant, licensed MA Real Estate Broker, and a LEED Green Associate.  Prior to his career in Senior Living, he spent ten years in Real Estate Sales and Development/Construction Management.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston College.


Debbie Richardson
Vice President of Talent Management

Debbie Richardson is the Vice President of Talent Management where she provides overall strategic leadership for all aspects of talent management and human resources including talent acquisition, retention, recognition, compensation and benefits, training and development, leadership development, and employee relations. She joined the organization in 2006 as Director of Education. 

Prior to joining the organization, Debbie was the Executive Director of a continuum of care community at the Village at Laurel Lake in Lee Massachusetts.

Debbie is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Education from Bridgewater State University.
