Stepping Stone Program

Our Stepping Stone Program is part of our commitment to developing a quality workforce able to achieve high standards of excellence and meet community needs. Originally developed in response to a critical nursing shortage, Stepping Stone covers tuition and education-related expenses for a CNA, LPN, RN or BSN program at a local state college or a comparable amount at a private institution.

Eligible Integritus Healthcare employees accepted into the Stepping Stone Program can advance their nursing education while remaining employed and retaining their health benefits. Covered expenses include tuition, fees, books, lab fees, review programs and education-related uniform expenses, as well as any necessary prerequisite courses.
