Life at Integritus Healthcare
Integritus Healthcare is your resource for quality care as a leading provider of post-acute care, long-term health care and senior housing in 15 rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities across Massachusetts. For decades, our not-for-profit, consumer-centered organization has been committed to fulfilling the health and residential needs of the communities we serve.
We strive for performance at the top levels to align with our vision for excellence, and we have received recognition from national quality organizations. But the satisfaction of our patients, residents, families and care partners truly means the most, because YOU are a part of us.
Making Each Day Better
We understand each of our long-term care residents has their own story, which is why our compassionate care teams provide assistance with activities of daily living—such as dressing, grooming and bathing—so residents can look and feel their best. Staff are available 24/7, offering support and companionship as needed, to help residents experience the best that each day has to offer.
Delivering Personalized Health Care
At Integritus Healthcare, we focus on quality of life to support residents in remaining as independent and active as possible for as long as possible. Our Medical Director provides oversight with initiatives for better living, and consulting physicians visit frequently to monitor overall health.
Our residents and patients benefit from:

- Preventive health screenings
- Engaging exercise classes
- Specialized diets, as needed
- Consulting specialists and lab services, as needed
Living an Active Lifestyle
Staying active and involved is an important part of resident health and well-being. Full-time activities staff provide programming as unique as our residents—reflecting their interests and abilities. Our monthly calendars feature activities that engage all of the senses and promote mental, physical and spiritual wellness. Each of our communities also has a Resident Council that represents resident interests and makes recommendations regarding activities and other community events.
