Integritus Healthcare is proud to share that several of our affiliates—and our home office team—have been recognized with the ALIGN Workplace Excellence Award, an honor that reflects the strength of our teams and the culture they help create every day.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the people who know our organization best—our employees.

The ALIGN Workplace Excellence Award recognizes organizations that demonstrate strong employee engagement and a positive workplace culture based on results from an employee engagement survey completed during the year.

To receive this recognition, organizations must meet several key benchmarks, including strong participation from staff and high ratings when employees are asked to “Rate us as a place to work.” Facilities receiving the award achieved high levels of “Excellent” or “Good” responses—an indication that team members feel connected to their work and supported in their environment.

For healthcare organizations, that kind of feedback carries real meaning. When caregivers feel respected, supported and connected to their work, it shapes the experience of residents, patients and families as well.

This year, multiple Integritus Healthcare locations and teams were recognized for their community culture and employee engagement.

Each location earned the recognition through strong survey participation and positive feedback from staff members.

For example, HospiceCare in The Berkshires achieved an impressive 71% survey response rate and an 89% positive rating as a place to work, reflecting a strong connection between employees and their mission of care.

Awards like this do not happen because of a single program or initiative. They reflect the daily work of nurses, therapists, certified nursing assistants, social workers, support staff and leadership teams who show up for their communities.

Across the Integritus network, these teams care for individuals recovering from illness, navigating long-term care needs or receiving hospice support. Their work requires clinical skill, patience and steady communication with families during difficult moments. It includes building relationships, offering reassurance and creating environments where individuals feel safe, respected and connected.
