Complex Cardiac Care
North Adams Commons uses the latest technology to offer innovative, comprehensive cardiac care. Our program includes expertise in cardiopulmonary rehab for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure and recovery following coronary bypass surgery, as well as cardiac monitoring for arrhythmia management and heart failure treatment.Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Our orthopedic rehabilitation program at North Adams Commons helps patients regain strength, mobility and independence following surgery or a hospital stay for conditions such as fractures, joint surgery, knee replacement, hip replacement and degenerative joint diseases. Receive assistance from our experienced team of professionals seven days a week, as ordered by your physician.Hospice & Palliative Care
When it’s time to focus on comfort, our compassionate hospice partners provide care right where our residents are living, including hospice and palliative care, the coordination of specialized equipment and medications, complimentary therapies and support for loved ones.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
We help patients breathe easier with our specialized, comprehensive pulmonary care program at North Adams Commons. Supported by our nursing and rehab staff, our respiratory therapists provide advanced pulmonary care for those needing continued management of conditions—such as COPD, pneumonia, bronchitis and post-acute respiratory failure—as well as disease-specific education for self-management and lifestyle modification.Long-Term Care
