Hunt’s complex cardiac care program includes expertise in cardiopulmonary rehab for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure and recovery following coronary bypass surgery, as well as cardiac monitoring for arrhythmia management and heart failure treatment.Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Our orthopedic rehabilitation program at Hunt helps patients regain strength, mobility and independence following surgery or a hospital stay for conditions such as fractures, joint surgery, knee replacement, hip replacement and degenerative joint diseases. Receive assistance from our experienced team of professionals seven days a week, as ordered by your physician.Hospice & Palliative Care
When it’s time to focus on comfort, our compassionate hospice partners provide care right where our residents are living, including hospice and palliative care, the coordination of specialized equipment and medications, complimentary therapies and support for loved ones.
Long-Term Care
Hunt’s compassionate team is focused on improving quality of life for our long-term residents who require around-the-clock care—providing the support and companionship needed to foster independence and encourage an active lifestyle.Respite Care
